I enjoy running research and design programs and lead teams to do so.
I conducted projects for global brands, international and intergovernmental organisations on topics related to health and wellbeing, financial inclusion, agriculture, employment, internal capabilities optimisation, product improvements and innovation roadmaps amongst others.
To design the right service, it is necessary to step out of the comfort zone and challenge the status quo.
I combine a variety of human-centred design methods to conduct projects. It helps me make sense of the chaos, adapt to uncertain situations, and quickly prototype and test solutions.
Find pathways through complex challenges, uncover insights and translate latent needs into strategies for new services.
E.g Immersive ethnographic research, participatory research, remote testing, guerilla research, user journey definition, storytelling etc.
Design new or improving existing project through collaboration with stakeholders and users.
E.g: design strategies, co-design, service blueprint definition, iterative prototyping, pop-up testing, guidelines for piloting and implementation, etc.
Combine research and interaction design, to improve brand and service experiences
E.g: usability studies, remote user testing, wireframing, semi-functional prototypes, principle mock-up, scenario creation,VBL etc.
Communicate principles of human-centred design to wide panels of stakeholders
E.g: workshop and event facilitation, research toolkits, delivering training in research methods and HCD implementation in existing processes etc.
